An individual’s exocortex would be composed of external memory modules, processors, IO devices and software systems that would interact with, and augment, a person’s biological brain. Typically this interaction is described as being conducted through a direct brain-computer interface, making these extensions functionally part of the individual’s mind.
Individuals with significant exocortices could be classified as cyborgs or transhumans.

This letter is intended to demonstrate a paradox in the Swedish so-called “protection of human rights” and thus the entire Swedish justice system. Synthetic telepathy could, as practiced in Sweden, lie behind an unknown number of violent crimes and suicides due to research deliberately kept hidden from regulators.

To influence the balance system is another typical example of how technology is used against the victim to incapacitate them for society. Direct assassination attempts on several previous occasions orchestrated by the brain control deliberately strikes out the human balance system, Why this happens is likely as an alternative to the mentally ill to be treated (as “possessed”) or having a neurological disease.

Brain – copying with BMI and broadband access is definitely no longer a marginal research.Employers have over the years lost millions of dollars and cut-downs is to be expected due to excluded employees. Broken families, children who, years later can not study or work is now forced to seek psychiatric care.

Siblings, grandparents and their closest friends are suffering tremendously. Advanced Medical and hospital care due to study design is a mockery of health-care and doctors who are not familiar with this research. Insurance in the multi-million figures was raised through direct damage caused by brain control. Property for millions of dollars are lost.

Injuries and privacy intrusion of thousands of people is done through “volunteers” that serve as multimedia machines i.e node for the recording of all contacts they have, such as politicians, scientists, lawyers, friends, acquaintances, relatives, international business relations, etc..

Security codes, access codes, etc. is with the new technology no longer private.How can we know that people are not equipped with the new brain-machine interface which makes the person a multimedia application with a function as a live missile is already deployed as nodes in the political and financial world of illegal recording of their conversations with the world?

A sinister JOY seems to embrace the researchers and perpetrators over this superior and powerful tool for mind control and copying brainwave patterns. The tool is, without a doubt, a weapon of offense and stealth.

Cover-up of brain monitoring technologies means that the crime is waterproof, human rights laws and manipulated by a hidden militant regime researcher with expertise in information technology. Innan man lär sig identifiera den, tror man helt och hållet att det man tänker är ens egna tankar. Man ifrågasätter inte alls vad man tänker. I synnerhet då man får en briljant idé som kanske någon annan har infört i ens huvud eller när man plötsligt har “det rätta svaret” eller “minnesluckorna” fylls på automatiskt till den graden att man kan, om någon annan skickar den här informationen ha tillgång till sådan information som man i normala fall inte har.

Samtidigt måste man ha viss kunskap om ämnet, man måste ha ordförrådet, annars går det inte att skicka över ett begrepp som man aldrig har hört förut men man kan skicka ett närliggande begrepp som man sedan kan associera med sådan kunskap som man redan har.

Faran är så klart att de vanligaste orden är just shoppa, anpassa dig, acceptera och ifrågasätt inte, var så rädd som möjligt, jobba mycket, titta på tv, köp en ny dator eller en ny mobiltelefon, osv.

En annan fara är att det är otroligt svårt att skilja mellan de egna tankarna och de tankar som införs. Man är helt övertygad om att det som skickas är vad man själv tänker.

Jag hoppas att ni förstår vad jag menar. Hur de nu skickar de här tankarna och om alla behöver en mottagare i kroppen eller hjärnan vet man så klart inte, men sådant kan införas i kroppen via vaccin i skolan.

Det handlar inte endast om människor som anser sig vara felbehandlade och som ropar högt att de får vara offer för att andra ska ha det bra och hjälpa till att bota sjukdomar.

Det handlar lite om människans framtid. Vad lever man för liv om man inte kan göra självständiga val?

De flesta offer kan ibland känna sig lite stolta över att de får vara med och “hjälpa” mänskligheten, men snart inser de hur onda de här forskarna är, totalt hjärtlösa. De går hur långt som helst. Varför skulle de bry sig om någon annan? Varför skulle de låta bli att hjärntvätta eller ta kontrollen över en hel befolkning när de redan har börjat stifta lagar som strider mot de mänskliga rättigheterna samtidigt som de gör experiment på helt försvarslösa individer för att kunna utveckla hjärntvättningsteknikerna vidare?

Många av dem har barn och de förfäras inför sina barns framtid.

Det är viktigt att ta ett steg utanför rädslan och våga ta ställning. Men det måste vara den vanliga människan som tar ställning.

Våra liv är ändå redan förstörda. Vi har inte så mycket kvar att förlora eller vinna för den delen annat än ett hopp om att våra barn eller andra människor inte behöver gå genom det som vi går genom.

In the 1980’s, new learning algorithms for neural networks promised to solve difficult classification tasks, like speech or object recognition,by learning many layers of non-linear features. The results were disappointing for two reasons: There was never enough labeled data to learn millions of complicated features and the learning was much too slow in deep neural networks with many layers of features.

These problems cannow be overcome by learning one layer of features at a time and by changing the goal of learning. Instead of trying to predict the labels, the learning algorithm tries to create a generative model that produces data which looks just like the unlabeled training data.

These new neuralnetworks outperform other machine learning methods when labeled data is scarce but unlabeled data is plentiful. An application to very fast document retrieval will be described.

In an unprecedented undertaking, IBM Research and five leading universities are partnering to create computing systems that are expected to simulate and emulate the brains abilities for sensation, perception, action, interaction and cognition while rivaling its low power consumption and compact size.

Science has come a long way in understanding the bodys central nervous system, but the way our brains work – the fact that we recognize patterns and base our thoughts and ideas on past experiences, for example – remains largely a mystery. Understanding the process behind these effortless feats of the human brain and creating a computational theory based on it is one of the biggest and most fundamental challenges for computer scientists today, and IBM researchers are one step closer to making this quest a reality.

Computer Mediated Synthetic Telepathy (Artificial Telepathy) – Mind Control

As noted in the last article, the primary purpose of a Synthetic Telepathy system, would be intelligence gathering and interrogation. As a communication system, it would have a limited appeal as any nation with a similar setup could either listen in, or pretend to be the A.I. interface. As such, it raises important ethical and legal questions, especially the question of secrecy given that all major governments would be aware of the system. Given that no law permits this type of interrogation, its secrecy may be more to do with criminal activity on behalf of the security agencies, rather than national security.

Its All About The Transceiver!

To understand how this works, it is best to start with the target, then trace backwards and identify each of the required subsystems. If we look at the last diagram to the left, we can see that the key to this system is its ability to both listen and respond to the electrical activity of the brain implant from satellite.

This is hardly surprising, given the need to eavesdrop on digital systems such as Ethernet, telecoms switching gear and the like. Such signals are defined as “compromising emanations” and the human brain is no different, in that, it too produces detectable EM patterns. All that is required to listen, is a sensitive enough receiver and good filters to eliminate background noise.

In 1985, Wim Van Eck used $15 of equipment to reconstruct the contents of a monitor from several hundred meters away. Prior to this only governments had technology. What could you do with a billion dollar satellite?

As we don’t come with shielding as standard and the high value of the potential intelligence, its safe to assume this type of transceiver equipment was the goal of governments world-wide. Indeed, this notion is supported by some of the more serious incidents of human experimentation in programs such as MKULTRA.

The Listening Station

The next place of interest will be at the Ground Station, or Listening Station. Installations such as those identified as part of Echelon listening network, would be an ideal point to rely information coming to and from satellite. If we look at the second last picture on the left, we can see where the ground station passes that information to telemetry.

In the telemetry section, we could have hundreds, or even thousands, of real-time intercepts arriving. The function of the telemetry processing center is to separate the received signals into distinct targets (i.e. human beings) and pass that information to the appropriate data center for further processing. Then also to perform the reverse by pushing information from a particular data center, to a satellite and to a human target.

Data Center I/O

On receiving the telemetry at the data center (see 4th image), the signal must be broken apart into three distinct areas. The first area is vocalizations which would analyze the areas of spoken words, the inner monologue and pre-speech. This would cover what was said, what was thought and what was disregarded. The second is mental imagery which would cover areas such as spacial skills. Leveraging the brain’s object recognition system, it would be easy to determine if someone was picturing how to wire a bomb, or picturing a particular place. Finally, we have the sensory system which would monitor the body and interaction with the external environment, including aspects such as object and facial recognition.

It must be noted that these are two-way systems, in that, they also process the return signal. The vocalization system will generate voice, the mental imagery system will send images/impressions and the sensory system will send sensations. That leads to a broad range of functionality that we will discuss later.

Sensory Feedback

A very important area is sensory feedback. This information can be used in a variety of ways (see 3rd image). The first main area is health monitoring which monitors the vitals of a given target. The purpose here is to prevent a scenario that could lead to death, but given the secrecy of the system and its remote nature, target subjects would be left to die if an incident occurred. It would be difficult for the security services to explain how an ambulance was called.

The next major system would be lie detection. Not too dissimilar from standard polygraph equipment, its principally designed to detect alterations in physiological behavior that would indicate stress. As a minor modification, the system could process delays in the inner monologue as indications of fabrication. Obvious signs of lying, such as internally vocalizing your intent to lie, or building your story, would be observed in the vocalization processing system.

Now, we come to a rather unique feature of the feedback system, the ability to passively monitor the external environment, an individual’s interactions and an individual’s relationships. Leveraging the brain’s recognition system, objects in the field of view can be identified or an area mapped according to location. Individuals that the target meets could be identified, as well as the target’s feeling towards a given individual.

Finally, we come to error checking in terms of the computer generated vocalizations. By recognizing the signs of confusion, sentences and indeed whole segments of conversations can be deemed to make sense. This data can be used by the core A.I. to refine its natural language generation algorithm.

Now that we have our sensory information, we can pass it to the core A.I. functions to augment its role in interacting with the target.

Core A.I. Processes

The heart of this A.I. system is something I have labeled as “Strategic Natural Language Processing” (see 2nd image). Traditional Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a broad range form of A.I. research. NLP is concerned with being able to comprehend a spoken, or written, language and Natural Language Generation (NLG) is concerned with giving computers the ability to speak or write. A Strategic NLP is a objective-based system designed to query sources to obtain specific information. In this sense, what you have here is an automated interrogator.

As a NLP, the interface is designed to mimic a human as much as possible, in that it can summarize information, make observations, draw conclusions and hold a conversation. The strategic elements is that it remembers key information that either matches or could lead to a match with its objective. This information is then used as a basis to construct new conversations which are then entered into a free flow conversation.

This “automated interrogator” is augmented by several systems, some of which are designed to improve speed, others which provide additional information or functionality. One such system, used mainly for speed and allocating resources, is the Keyword Analysis system. By analyzing vocalizations for specific keywords, more processing power can be allocated to certain targets, ensuring better analysis of responses. This means efficient use of the of the data center’s finite resources at any given time.

Data mining is an another key component of the technology. For an NLP to function correctly, it requires an in-depth knowledge of the world as the properties of particular words must be known. In addition, to properly interrogate a target, collected information must be available to the system, for both baseline comparisons (i.e. to determine truth) and for areas of further questioning.

To provide the interface with a more human touch, the Strategic NLP can call upon the Emotive Response System to generate mental imagery that corresponds with the vocalization. An example may be that the Strategic NLP decides to say “I’ll Kill you!” and then generate the mental impression of a stabbing, or it may imply knowing more about a given statement by generating a mental impression of someone nonchalantly walking away whilst whistling. Given its role in interrogations, the mental imagery would also consists of horror, religious and abstract elements.

The Sensory Control system is a very powerful tool when used correctly. The system incorporates multiple capabilities such as stress (through muscular contraction), tension headaches, sleep deprivation, distraction, anxiety, elation and timed muscular contractions with vocalizations. The system would be quite capable of inducing psychotic breaks by additionally providing timed sensations that reinforce loose connections in the sleep deprived mind.

The Backend

The backend is pretty much like any large scale data center. Tape libraries for long term storage, automated data mining, IT support, data retrieval and analysis. Data entry would come from a wide range of sources such as passport offices, driving license offices, national police computers, local councils, field reports, banking and subpoenaed information from private companies.

All while this is going on, the backend is receiving telemetry information about the subjects current physical status attempting to indicate areas of deception or apprehension. Where such indicators are found, further questioning on those areas will be introduced into the conversation. The system is also summarizing received information and comparing it against previous information, attempting to discern motivation for actions and adding gleaned details to a report.

Conclusion

I think this about sums up the system that was being described in the Wikipedia article. What’s interesting to note is how far NLP has progressed and just how sophisticated the A.I. really is. Whilst the system can achieve a certain level of natural language generation, repetition is a common element. This is mainly to do with the fact that it is an objective-based A.I. and to achieve its goals it must often traverse the same paths in terms of its logic.

How effective would it be?

As noted in the Wikipedia article, its greatest strength lies in passive monitoring, as once your aware the system is present, it becomes no more effective than a polygraph. Furthermore, given the adaptive nature of the program, it is possible to enter false information as long as it passes the polygraph analysis. This is just a matter of becoming comfortable.

In a scene right out of a George Orwell novel, a team of scientists working in the fields of “neural engineering” and “Biomimetic MicroElectronic Systems” have successfully created a chip that controls the brain and can be used as a storage device for long-term memories. In studies the scientists have been able to record, download and transfer memories into other hosts with the same chip implanted. The advancement in technology brings the world one step closer to a global police state and the reality of absolute mind control.

Or to concentrate long periods at a time, or smoothing any mood swings?   Today you can improve and modify the damaged cognitive and mental ability of medical means. But scientists are also on track to develop “brain prosthesis”, that is, artificial implants that can take over a damaged brain function. If Alzheimer’s disease has damaged the part of the brain that is responsible for storage of new memories, would simply be able to replace it with a prosthesis, a computer chip that works on the same principle as the brain itself and that can communicate with the brain’s nerve cells. Similar procedures could also replace other parts of the brain with artificial prostheses.   The development of new methods in medical research raises many ethical problems. Such is the case also with brain implants. But chip in the brain raises other philosophical questions, those related to the ego nature, personal identity, consciousness and free will.   When replacing a part of my brain with an implant will I become a different person? Or rather a robot? Will I be aware that I have a partial artificial brain, or I turn into a zombie? What happens to my free will – can I control my prosthesis or denture, which will govern me?   Research on brain prosthetics have been going on for decades. As early as 1964 placed Jose Delgado, neuroscientists at Yale University in U.S., Electrodes in the heads of both animals and humans with spectacular results. Before a stunned audience got Delgado, by simply pressing a button, a bull to stop an attack and calmly turn back. In his hand he had a remote that was connected to the electrodes inside the head of the bull, and a signal to the bull’s brain Delgado could get it to stop.   Could the same technology could be used to control people’s behavior? Is it possible to get a man to do anything against her own will by stimulating the brain in this way? These are just three of the five predictions IBM announced this morning as part of its annual “5 in 5” prognostication project. My uncle has it but he has a diffrent father than my dad and I think it runs on the paternal side of my family so I dont really know. Most of the time I hear people I know in some way, or a familiar voice that I cant pin-point who they are. And also I can hear some scarrythings…I think some of it may be from what someone is watching. I dont know I dont mind talking to people who are kind to me but I am so afraid sometimes that Im going nuts. I had a few accurate predictions and stuff. I also verify some conversations with people I know by asking them things. what should I do to regulate this??

Check out lonestar consulting in El Paseo texas, for a few thousand dollars you are able to purchase this equipment. Kirtland Airforce base research Lab(AFRL), Sandia National Labs and Intel’S NEW (A.I COMPUTER)which operates at -300 degrees, are working on silent sound, voice 2 skull, synthetic telepathy or what ever you want to call it. I think people need to sort out the technologies. Synthetic telepathy is just one phenomina that can lead to voices. There is also the condition known as multiplicity where you have more than one person living in a brain, look up ‘alter host multiplicity’ on google and you will find a group of these. I believe I am a victim of telepathic invasion of my mind myself. I have other people who seem to be living in my brain and I don’t think I was born with them. There may also be non-human telepathic species, though that view isn’t widely shared there are lots of people who believe in spirits. People who hear voices often claim to have met demons or angels. They force voices or sounds into your head. When the attack on me started in 2000 and I was on the beach, voices of people I could see but could not have heard because of the distance, came to me crystal clear. An amazing experience. – Efter min död vill jag bli ihågkommen som den konstgjorda hjärnans fader, säger Hugo de Garis anspråkslöst och tar en bit kycklingsallad.

Vi befinner oss på en uteservering i Bryssel. Hugo de Garis ska snart fylla 53, men har en rufsigt pojkaktig framtoning som gör att han ser yngre ut.

Han är född i Australien, är gästprofessor i både USA och Kina, och kommer närmast från en tjänst som forskningsledare på ett avancerat japanskt telekomlaboratorium.

I februari i år värvades han hit till Starlab, ett märkligt privatägt laboratorium i Bryssel, där ett 60-tal vetenskapsmän från hela världen forskar i framtidens teknik. Här får han de resurser han behöver för att fullfölja sitt projekt: att bygga världens första konstgjorda hjärna.

Om ungefär ett år räknar han med att den första prototypen ska vara klar. Denna första “elektroniska hjärna” kommer förstås att ha en mycket begränsad kapacitet. 64 000 kretsar, motsvarande 75 miljoner konstgjorda nervceller, är inte mycket mot den mänskliga hjärnans omkring 100 miljarder neuroner. Hugo de Garis är inte den ende på Starlab som försöker få datorerna att bli mer lika människor. Jack Tuszynski, som är chef för avdelningen Neuroner, arbetar bland annat med att utveckla datachip som är baserade på proteiner istället för på kisel. Han är 43 år och kom hit från en post som professor i biofysik vid ett universitet i Kanada.
